Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet
Wired internet is available in the rooms and costs GBP 5.00 per 24hours.
WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan
Breakfast is included in the room rate unless room only is specified in your booking.

Parking
Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Debit/Credit Card Charges
Debit Card charge – flat rate of £2 upon each payment.
Credit Card charge – minimum of £2 and maximum of 2%.
